Abstract:

Mediation is deemed to be essential for the alternative dispute resolution means. From this aspect it is important to have a successful mediation process in order to achieve its aims in resolving disputes. Therefore, having a neutral and confidential mediation process promoted with the expected intervention from the mediator was the guarantee to reach a successful mediation process.
