Twenty-first century media literacy skills are key to understanding human communication. The proliferation of new media tools demonstrates how culture is shifting on a global scale. This workshop addresses how the conversation is changing as the paradigm evolves. Discussion includes basic theories, ethics and persuasion, cultural symbolism, and implications for future interaction.
