Hertfordshire Mediation Centre Commercial Mediation Simulation
This is the first part of a civil/commercial mediation roleplay at the Hertfordshire Mediation Centre. It is conducted by a successful candidate for the University of Hertfordshire Post Graduate Certificate (PgCert) Commercial Mediation. It involves two business parties in a dispute over an exhibition and signage contract and is based on an actual mediation settled by one of the Herts Mediation Centre’s professional Mediators
