Workshop «A Primer on Negotiation» led by Prof. Gianluca Carnabuci.
From our early years we acquire some natural negotiation skills, but as we gain experience in our professional lives some fine-tuning is required. Negotiation skills are essential for team leaders, consultants, project managers, business owners, etc. As you gain seniority, you might find yourself catapulted in formal or informal negotiations, often without much preparation or training.
